I design digital products that help complex systems feel easier to understand, especially when technology needs to explain itself, guide people, and make decisions feel less intimidating.
My path started in Mexico, where I studied Visual Information Design and began working with digital products through communication, storytelling, and the way people understand information. Over time, that curiosity evolved into UX. I became interested not only in how things look, but in how people interpret them, trust them, get confused by them, and eventually decide what to do next.
I later specialized in UX through a master’s degree, which helped me connect my design background with research, strategy, interaction, and product thinking. After that, I moved to Madrid to pursue a PhD in design and communication, where I researched how people make sense of complex digital narratives and interactive systems.
That academic background still shows up in my work today. I like bringing structure to ambiguity, asking better questions, and making sure technology does not feel like a black box.
In recent years, my work has focused mainly on AI first educational products. I design experiences where technology needs to guide, support, and adapt without making the process feel
overwhelming. I’m especially interested in products that turn messy ideas into something people can actually use, whether through interaction design, conversational experiences, learning flows, or design systems that help teams move with more consistency and confidence.
Lately, I’ve also been exploring how to design with agents and agentic systems, not just as a new layer of automation, but as a new way of thinking about product behavior, collaboration, decision making, and the role of designers in shaping how intelligent systems act.
I’m currently a Senior UX Designer at Realnaut, working with Proeduca on AI powered educational products in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Outside of product work, I teach, give talks, run workshops, and share content about design, UX, and AI. For me, teaching is not separate from designing. Both are ways of making complex topics more accessible, more useful, and easier to question.
At the core of my work, I like turning abstract, messy, slightly chaotic ideas into experiences that make people think: okay, now this makes sense.

I run talks and workshops around UX, AI patterns, and learning experiences. I enjoy teaching because it helps turn complex ideas into conversations people can question, apply, and make their own. For me, it’s less about slides and more about opening space to think, discuss, and shape how we design.
